After the seminar participants are invited to submit
their papers in written form (3500 – 4000 words,
including references) for publication in the following
ESGHT journals: Encontros Científicos and Dos Algarves.
Papers will be peer reviewed.Guidelines and dates for
submissions of articles for publication will be
announced during the conference.

Encontros Científicos - Tourism & Management Studies is
a peer reviewed academic publication in the areas of
Tourism and Management, which is published by the School
of Management, Hospitality and Tourism of the University
of Algarve, Portugal. The Journal is intended for a
target audience secialized in the abovementioned areas,
including researchers, university teachers and
professors, students, business people and leaders of
public and private institutions and organizations.

The main objective of the journal Dos Algarves is the
publishing the academic and scientific work from the
faculty and alumni of the School of Management, Tourism
and Hospitality (ESGHT) of the University of the
Algarve. The journal also welcomes submission of
articles from national and international contributors in
the various disciplinary fields of the School, such as
business, tourism, hospitality, language for specific
purposes, literature and IT among others.
In order to achieve these aims, the journal has
published both scientific articles and essays. The
journal publishes one issue per year (March/April).
Issue no.19 will be published on-line in April 2010.
