- 8 April 2013: Abstract submission
- 3 May 2013 : Notification of acceptance

Master Students:

- 8 April 2013 : Submission of identification form
- 3 May 2013 : Submission of poster (in digital format), together with the declaration of supervisor

Presential (it includes documentation, certificate, coffee-breaks and lunch)

- Until 31st May 2013 to PHD Students – 50 euros
- Until 31st May 2013 to Master Students – 40 euros
- Until 31st May 2013 to Not Authors – 35 euros
- After 31st May 2013 – 80 euros

Non-presential (includes certificate of co-author of communication presented in the conference)

- 20 euros

In the case of PHD Students and in order that the accepted abstracts can be included in the scientific program and book of proceedings, at least one of the authors must register no later than May 31st and must attend the conference.
