- 15 May 2023: Deadline for abstract submission for oral presentation or poster (500 words and 5 keywords)
- 31 May 2023: Deadline for notification (and possible amendment proposals)
- 4 June 2023: Deadline for early bird registration
- 15 June 2023: Deadline for registration and payment and for abstract to be published in Book of Abstracts

Participants Face to Face and Online (includes documentation and certificate):

- Until 4 June, 2023:
- Registration for authors: 25 euros
- Registration for authors who are students: Free
- Registration for students non-authors: 25 euros
- Registration for non-authors: 50 euros

- From 5 to June 15 2022:
- Registration for authors: 30 euros
- Registration for authors who are students: 5 euros
- Registration for students non-authors: 30 euros
- Registration for non-authors: 55 euros

To ensure that accepted abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts and Programme, one author per paper must register no later than 15 June and must be present at the conference.
