- 09 March 2018: Deadline for submission of abstracts (500 words max. and 5 keywords)
- 16 April 2018: Notification of acceptance
- 20 April 2018: Deadline for submission of abstracts (500 words max. and 5 keywords)
- 18 May 2018: Notification of acceptance
- 08 June 2018: Deadline for registration and payment and for abstract to be published in Book of Abstracts

Registration fees:

Participants (includes documentation, certificate, coffee-breaks and lunch)

- Registration until 08 June authors who are students at UAlg or ISCAL: 25 euros
- Registration until 08 June for non-authors: 50 euros
- Registration for co-authors not attending the conference (includes certificate only) until 08 June: 25 euros

- Registration for authors from 09 June to 30 June: 95 euros
- Registration from 09 June to 30 June authors who are students at UAlg or ISCAL: 40 euros
- Registration for non-authors from 09 June to 30 June: 95 euros
- Registration for co-authors not attending the conference (includes certificate only) from 09 June to 30 June: 25 euros

To ensure that accepted abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts and Programme, one author per paper must register no later than 8 June and must attend the conference.
