Presentation Guidelines
Accepted abstracts will be allotted 15 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion. Papers will be organized in thematic panels, with a moderator expert. Presenters must ensure that the duration of their talk adheres to the 15-minute rule.
The following guidelines should be helpful when
designing PowerPoint presentations:
- Please use PCs rather than Macs when
producing your presentations.
- Please make limited use of unusual
text fonts.
- Bring a copy of your presentation
with you on a pen drive or a CD.
- Please ensure any sound files you
wish to play in the PowerPoint presentation have separate
backup copies.
Parallel sessions will be held either in (1) Portuguese
or (2) Portuguese and Spanish or (3) English.
