- 15 May 2021: Deadline for submission of abstracts (500 words max. and 5 keywords)
- 15 June 2021: Notification of acceptance
- 30 June 2021: Early bird registration
- 01 July 2021: Deadline for registration and payment and for abstract to be published in Book of Abstracts

Registration fees:

Participants (includes documentation and certificate)

- Until 30 June:
- Registration for authors: 25 euros
- Registration for authors who are students at UAlg or ISCAL: 20 euros
- Registration for non-authors: 20 euros

- After 30 June:
- Registration for authors: 50 euros
- Registration for authors who are students at UAlg or ISCAL: 40 euros
- Registration for non-authors: 40 euros

To ensure that accepted abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts and Programme, one author per paper must register no later than 01 July and must be present at the conference.
