Call for Papers
The VI Postgraduate Conference of the School of Management, Hospitality and Tourism is organized by teaching staff under the auspices of the School of Management, Hospitality and Tourism, University of the Algarve (Portugal). The conference aims to offer the opportunity for postgraduate students and recent PhD graduates from the areas of Economic and Management Sciences, ICT, Languages and Linguistics, and Tourism to come together to present papers or posters related to their research and to exchange ideas in a multidisciplinary environment. For the 6th edition, which will take place on 10th July 2015, masters and doctoral students, as well as those who have recently completed their masters degree or PhD will have the possibility to present papers or posters. We invite all researchers to submit their abstracts (in English, Portuguese or Spanish, max. 300 words), in the following areas:
ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT SCIENCES:

- Languages applied to hospitality and tourism
- Teaching foreign languages for specific purposes (business, tourism, hospitality)
- Translation studies for social sciences
- Economics of tourism

- Psychology of tourism
- Sociology of tourism
- Tourism marketing

All participants:
- 10 April 2015: Deadline extension for abstract submission
- 8 May 2015: Notification of acceptance

- 5 June 2015: Deadline for registration and payment (early-bird fee)
- 26 June 2015: Final deadline for registration
- 29 June 2015: Deadline for sending full papers (to be made available on conference website)
Only one communication per participant will be accepted.

PUBLICATION
Authors who have sent in their full paper to be uploaded on the conference website will be invited to submit their paper for publication in the academic journals Dos Algarves. A Multidisciplinary e-Journal and Tourism & Management Studies.
