- 10 April 2015: Deadline extension for abstract submission
- 8 May 2015: Notification of acceptance
- 20 March 2015: Deadline for submission of abstracts (300 words max. and 5 keywords)
- 30 April 2015: Notification of acceptance
- 5 June 2015: Deadline for registration and payment (early-bird fee)
- 26 June 2015: Final deadline for registration
- 29 June 2015: Deadline for sending full papers (to be made available on conference website)

Registration fees:

Participants (includes documentation, certificate, coffee-breaks and lunch)

- Registration until 5th June for Authors: 60 euros
- Registration until 5th June for Non-authors: 45 euros
- Registration for co-authors not attending the conference (includes certificate only) until 5th June: 25 euros
- Registration for Authors from 6th June to 26th June: 90 euros
- Registration for Non-authors from 6th June to 26th June: 90 euros
- Registration for co-authors not attending the conference (includes certificate only) from 6th June to 26th June: 25 euros

To ensure that accepted abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts and Programme, one author per paper must register no later than 5nd June and must attend the conference.
