1 - Please fill out the online form (Word e PDF) to submit your abstract.

3 - After receiving the notification of acceptance you can register and pay by bank transfer

Registration fees:

Participants (includes documentation, certificate, coffee-breaks and lunch)

- Registration until 2 June for Authors: 60 euros
- Registration until 2 June for Non-authors: 45 euros
- Registration for co-authors not attending the conference (includes certificate only) until 2 June: 25 euros
- Registration for Authors from 3 June to 30 June: 90 euros
- Registration for Non-authors from 3 June to 30 June: 90 euros
- Registration for co-authors not attending the conference (includes certificate only) from 3 June to 30 June: 25 euros

UAlg and ESGHT students will benefit from a discount.

To ensure that accepted abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts and Programme, one author per paper must register no later than 2 June and must attend the conference.

A maximum of two presentations or posters per participants can be accepted.
