- 04 March 2019: Deadline for submission of abstracts (500 words max. and 5 keywords)
- 15 April 2019: Notification of acceptance
- 07 June 2019: Deadline for registration and payment and for abstract to be published in Book of Abstracts

Registration fees:

Participants (includes documentation, certificate, coffee-breaks and lunch)

- Registration until 07 June for authors: 65 euros
- Registration until 07 June authors who are students at UAlg or ISCAL: 25 euros
- Registration until 07 June for non-authors: 50 euros
- Registration for co-authors not attending the conference (includes certificate only) until 07 June: 25 euros

- Registration for authors from 08 June to 30 June: 95 euros
- Registration from 08 June to 30 June authors who are students at UAlg or ISCAL: 40 euros
- Registration for non-authors from 08 June to 30 June: 95 euros
- Registration for co-authors not attending the conference (includes certificate only) from 08 June to 30 June: 25 euros

To ensure that accepted abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts and Programme, one author per paper must register no later than 7 June and must attend the conference.
