Presentation Guidelines

Accepted abstracts will be allotted 20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion. papers will be organised in thematic panels, with a moderator expert. Presenters must ensure that the duration of their talk adheres to the 20-minute rule.

 The following guidelines should be helpful when designing PowerPoint presentations:
    - Please use PCs rather than Macs when producing your presentations.
    - Please make limited use of unusual text fonts.
    - Bring a copy of your presentation with you on a pen drive or a CD.
    - Please ensure any sound files you wish to play in the PowerPoint presentation have separate
      backup copies.

Parallel sessions will be held either in (1) Portuguese or (2) Portuguese and Spanish or (3) English.

Posters (A1 size, 594mm x 841 mm) will be exhibited in a specially designated area. Authors of posters will be alloted a time during which they can present and discuss their poster in the session WTT: We Talk Together.
